If it is bad enough I would suggest going to the emergency room.
They have drops and ointment for burns in the eyes.
My Dad was a welder for 35 years and I know of a couple times when it was so bad he had to get the drops.
Flash burns suck....sort of like a sunburn on your eyeballs.
Good Luck with it

Umm, problem with your eyes? Maybe you need darker welding glasses. Wearing high quality sunglasses whenever you need to open your eyes should help. The potato slices will remind you to keep your eyes closed, which should also be useful. The burn image is caused by a shortage of color sensing pigments in your eyes. The pigments are synthesized by the body from vitamin A, so get some carrot juice and such.
Burn on your skin? Aloe and cold packs, drink plenty of fluids, especially water. Don't pop the blisters, put a damp rag on them. Put band-aids over any sores. You can put aloe on sores.
