is those two virus the same or different. i want to know what is the difference between the genital herpes hsv 1 and hsv2?

I have oral herpes which is hsv1 and i'm not sure if i spred the herpes to my mouth if i did what are the symptons i will have with hsv1 genital herpes? will my penis hurt when i pee? or will i get warts will it hurt if i touch it . some one help.

I was with my partner, no protection (yes, I'm a fool) and the next day I noticed a bump down there on the outside skin. I went to see a doctor and she said it looked like an ingrown hair, and we did tests anyway.

A week later I was with my partner again, and once again the day after I found another bump, but this bump is on the inside of the folds down there.

I am so scared, I am going to go see the doctor for the second bump, I dont shave where the second bump was found. And why is it these bumps appeared the day after we were together?

The first bump now is kind of crusted, and I dont think any fluid came out of it. The newest bump is tiny and kind of hard to see, but its on the inside of the folds. It kind of tingles, like itchy. I am so scared, I have only ever been with 2 men, and my partner is the only man Ive been with for the past 2 years. Im scared he has given me something.

I read epidemic: how teen sex is killing our kids and it says it in there but i left it at school and im trying tell some people in a chat room that it does but they are basically yelling at me telling me it doesnt. does anyone have the book? i just need the info so i can tell them how wrong there being.. i mean i know it has to do with bodily fluids. especially in teens. well if anyone can let me know i would appreciate it thanks

Well I was an idiot in the beginning of Feb 07 when I meet these 2 male friends on the internet. For the first 2 weeks of feb I slept with them. Then last week I found out that they are both HIV postive. Now I don't know how soon I should get tested or if how big of a chance I could be postive. Annoyumus testing in Ontario?

I was diagnosed with HPV about 7 months ago and I have had 4 of the "Acid treatments" to burn off the warts but it doesnt realy work I have to keep going back and its too painful...The doctor wants me to try "Aldara" the cream you use at home but has anyone else tried it? I dont want to waste my money if its not going to work...

If you have genital warts what treatments worked for you??

Not saying its a bad thing but, i just wanted know why does my BF feel so uncomfortable talkin about his past sex life? I know hes had a lot of partners but he won't tell me the exact number. Like he said he's had over 5. He's 19 btw and i'm 18. I tohught guys like this would be very open about it =S Theres nothing to be embarassed about right? Recently at a strip club in the vip room i was with one of the strippers and i may have kissed her area. I dont really remember to be honest. But its been somewhat worrying me. For about the last 3 weeks i had about 5 small lookin bumps on my hand. And really dry/flaky skin. Also on my thigh and legs. Tested negative to chlymedia, syphilis, and gonoherra. They dont hurt or bleed there just there.

my gynecologist made another appointment with me with another doctor to perform a coloposcopy biopsy. they said my pap smear revealed some abnormal cells that are different than other cells. i'm scared. is this a serious case what i have then? i checked online and found out that they use coloposcopy to check if you have HPV which is an STD i think and maybe pre-cancerous cells. but me and my partner were virgins until we had sex ourselves and i'm pretty sure he doesn't cheat on me. so could it still be HPV? hopefully it's just one of those minor infections? like a yeast infection?

First of all, this is a serious question. For the last six months or so, about every two weeks I will get large red bumps (they eventually swell up about dime sized), but are more like tight knots.. They will not pop and never come to a head. They last about a week and once in a great while toward the end of the life of one, I can squeeze maybe a small drop of clear pus out of them. These bumps actually don't appear in the anal area, but on the cheeks, usually within a few inches of the crevice. While this is happening, my anal ring itches very badly. Sometimes (like tonight) it keeps me up all night. It itches so bad I have even put alcohol on it to stop the burning and itching. This looks nothing like any anal herpes I have seen in pictures, and I am at a loss. Any suggestions as to what this could be? I can't go to the doctor, I can't afford it.

i have known i had herpes for awhile now. i still am depressed about it and i have kept this all to myself for about a year and half now! i cant take it anymore. im so depressed and feel like i want to die sometimes. i really need someone who understands what im going through. also i have had two outbreaks on my face leaving light scars. is this normal? and is there any way of reducing the scar's reddness?

Im not sure anymore...I had sex on Feb 18th without a condom and on Feb 27 I had this buring and ichy feeling it was so bad that I couldnt sleep at night...and i scratched and scratched and scratched....Just few days ago I told my mother and she said it sounds like a yeast infection....I dont have the burning feeling anymore just ichyness...and I do scratch in one place...plus another place...(my inside lips and between the inside lips and the outside) Just yesterday I am experiencing this white odor discharge....But when I checked my inside lips where i scratch...there are bumps there....like forming lines where I scracthed and now this kind of sounds like herpes...the bumps are not painful what so ever...and when I touch it doesnt itch only when I think about it...Please do not tell me see a doctor...cause Im scared...I dont want to know the result I just want your opinion in what you think it sounds like

Is it true that if you have an Std, you miss your period or you dont get it?...I read it somewhere on the internet that if you miss your period...and having fevers and yadda...you have an STD....if so...what about if you are on birth control pills do you still get it?
