YES!!!!
Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Infection - What Increases Your Risk
Most people get HIV by having unprotected sex with someone who has HIV. Another common way of getting the virus is by sharing needles with someone who is infected with HIV when injecting drugs.
You have an increased risk of becoming infected with HIV through sexual contact if you:
Have unprotected sex (do not use condoms).
Have multiple sex partners.
Are a man who has sex with other men.
Have high-risk partner(s) (partner has multiple sex partners, is a man who has sex with other men, or injects drugs).
Have or have recently had a sexually transmitted disease, such as syphilis or active herpes.
People who inject drugs or steroids, especially if they share needles, syringes, cookers, or other equipment used to inject drugs, are at risk of being infected with HIV.
Babies who are born to mothers who are infected with HIV are also at risk of infection.

rosy baby,sweetheart,darling....why my love, are you so worried...the short answer to all those questions is yes...but what u need is empowering advise....firstly,u cant see hiv...so obviously you want to use condoms with all your sexual experiences...if the person has hiv and u want to engage in a loving and long term relationship then protected sex ,be it oral/anal/vaginal,needs to be planned and safe...
a person with hiv is no dirtier or alien than your average sexual encounter and feelings of disgust and repulsion have no place in an educated society....
u kiss and suck and get your freak on with the love of your life..their hiv status shared with u was a gift of faith so treat it accordingly...and always treat all your sexual partners with the same respect as u would like to be treated...
read around hiv transmission from any reputable book and keep the love flowing...chow babes

Health Tip: Prevent HIV infection
• Stay faithful to your partner; do not have multiple sex partners.
• Avoid sex with an infected person and commercial sex workers.
• Use a condom for barrier protection.
• Do not reuse needles or syringes.
Chlamydia, human papillomavirus (HPV), gonorrhea, herpes, hepatitis (multiple strains), and other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) — including HIV — can be transmitted through oral sex.
Please see the web pages for more details on HIV and other STDs.
