i went to a restaurant with my friend today. we sat down and had some water before we ordered some food and before my food arrived, i had this puffy pink colored lump on my upper lip. it felt a little numb and soft. i've never been allergic to anything. first it felt a little lump on my lip and then followed with a tingly sensation. it wouldnt go away for 3 hours... hm wut is this thing on my lip? could it be cold sore...?

ok my sister is only 8. This morning, my mom pulled a tick out of her arm, it was really dug in deep. U know usually it would only leave a tiny pin prick, it left a tiny prick , nothing big, but there is a white spot around it about as big as a nickle. A little whiter than her complexion. I've never seen anything like this before... c0ULD MY SISTER HAVE LIME DISEASE!?

For the past 3 weeks or so I've had a red rash on the bend in my elbow on the inside of my arm. I woke up one morning and there were a few bumps that appeared to be poison ivy or something. I shrugged it off because I'm always getting odd rashes. The bumps never itched and within a day or so faded into a muted red rash. They were no longer individual bumps but more of an entire raised area with faint individual bumps. Since then the rash has SLOWLY spread from about 1/2 inch on one side of the crease of my elbow to about 2 inches spanning both sides of the crease. It still does not itch and is definitely not spreading at a fast rate. It is not weeping, not painful, or have any type of open sore. I went to the doctor and she didn't know what it was. She gave me an anti-fungal steriod cream that didn't help and an antibacterial ointment used to treat impetigo and it has not helped. Before I go back, does anyone have any ideas what this could be? I've looked online for hours with no luck.

My friend has eczema ( i think) she is a caramel color and has a skin diease i think called exzema and its not contagious but like if she put coco butter lotion on it it will irritad i was wondering if anyone knows away to help treat her condition so that way she can have clean looking skin

i have, like, five mosquito bites on my legs and they're itching like crazy. i'm particularly allergic to them, and they swell up. we have end of grade tests tomorrow, and i can't concentrate with the bites itching and stinging all the time. can anyone recommend things to do?!?!?!?!? pleeeeeeze...i'm really desperate! thx 4 all ur help!

there not itchy, and not sore, there is about 7 of them, close together, on the ball of my foot, the part that touches the floor wen i stand on my tip toes, iv not been to any place that i could catch verrucas from so im not sure wat they are, my toes are itchy inbetween but iv always had that, thanx. xxx

I had ringworm on the back of my neck for while and it went away after i treated it and used special shampoo, but after that I have been getting them all over my neck and back. I have been changing my sheets everyday and i'm using a cream. As of right now I have about 6 on my neck and 3 on my back. I dont know what to do. I have putting bleach on them as soon as i notice them, but I don't know how to stop them from spreading.

I was on Accutane for three months, about a year ago...I quit taking it after while, but I still have some left. What I'm wondering is, is it safe to take it now? Since it's a year old, I mean. I know about the drug itself (nasty side effect possibilities!), so all I'm really wondering is an expiration date?

My partner has really bad psoriasis between his anus and his testicles which is very itchy, especially at night. It keeps him awake and causes him a great deal of distress. He wont go to his GP because of the area affected. Are there any treatments for this that can be bought over the counter or from health shops?

For the past week I have been having tingling to my right arm and hand. 3days ago I had it to my R side of face, arm and leg. I left where I was and drove home and took a valium and the symptoms cleared up in about 2 hours.I did see one of my drs. the next day and told him about this and he wasn't impressed. It has happened a couple of times since but only to the arm. Today my NOSE is numb feeling, And the right arm is tingling again, along with part of my face but it is my nose that is driving me nuts. I want to wait to talk to my local Dr. on Monday, I DO NOT want to go to the local hospital due to long history of inappropiate medical care. If I were to go to the hospital I would have to drive an hour ways. Any one have any brilliant advice, esp why my nose is numb and feels really swollen. I have a history of High BP and heart problems but I am a healthy 53 year old.
