I had ringworm on the back of my neck for while and it went away after i treated it and used special shampoo, but after that I have been getting them all over my neck and back. I have been changing my sheets everyday and i'm using a cream. As of right now I have about 6 on my neck and 3 on my back. I dont know what to do. I have putting bleach on them as soon as i notice them, but I don't know how to stop them from spreading.

If it keeps coming back, you probably have an internal, systemic fungal infection instead of just on your skin. This happened in my family several years ago when we got a kitten. If that is the case, you can't cure it with just outside medication. Unfortunately the medicine we had to take was expensive and could have caused other problems. So be sure to follow up with your doctor to make sure you are okay. By the way to the other poster--ring worm is not a type of worm. It is a fungal infection sort of like athlete's foot.

Bleach is the best cure. A 50/50 solution of bleach and water is best. Saturate a Q-tip and rub it on the ringworm. The diluted solution keeps it from burning and works every time. Works like a charm. Gone within an hour.

keep them covered to keep them from spreading, such as with a bandage or band-aid. Use an athletes foot spray twice a day on them. It should say on the back of the spray that it is also good for ringworm. (I know the walmart brand does. (Equate).
