I am 35 weeks pregnant and have really dry heals.I've soaked in oatmeal, used vaseline and cetaphil, but they still keep me up at night taking away my last hours of sleep that i have left before the baby comes. They burn like if I have a sun burn.

My skin is very pale, always has been. Lots of people think I'm anemic, but I've never been diagnosed. Anyway, for a few months now, I'm noticing a lot more visible veins on my body--on my arms and chest area, mostly. What I'd like to know is if the only soloution is getting a tan, and if it's normal to be able to see veins on very pale skin. Thanks.

Has anyone come up with any solution to the itchy eye thing from being in front of a computer screen all day? It's my job so I can't just look away and don't like the idea of using eye drops long term. It also leaves me lookin really tired early on in the day.

My fingersnails looks awful it's a nervous habit but i pick at my cuticles until they bleed. Sometimes and i put lotion and neosporne on it but it doesn't seem to help. The funny thing is i don't bite my nails. When i have fake nails put on that's the only time i don't seem to bother my cuticles and it heals and looks better. But otherwise they look so unhealthy and after it bleeds and burns i get upset with myself and don't hardly remember doing it. Especially when i can't sleep. Any advice or can this hurt my health besides the fact that bacteria can get in there? Any answers? Help my ugly hands!

I have these horrid bites that are incredibly itchy and red (I can tell they're bites because there appears to be a tiny hole in each), and when I first moved into my new apartment about a month ago, I found this tiny, tick-like, reddish-brown bug in my comforter whilst making my bed. I didn't have the bites then, though, so I didn't think anything of the bug sighting. Anyway, the bites seem to occur mostly on my extremities (arms and legs), but I've gotten them on my back a few times as well. I had thought that it was an allergic reaction to something all this time, but I haven't eaten anything different, used any new soaps/detergents, etc. So now I'm putting two and two together, you might say!

Anyway, I've called my complex's management about it, but they may not be able to get pest control to my place 'til March 29th. Boo! Is there anything I can do in the meantime?

I clean it 3-4 times a day and i soak it in coarse sea salt and water 2 times a day. But the skin is irritated and red and its dried out. It looks kind of like the skin is peeling. Its got white crust all around the opening of the hole and sometimes yellow pus come out. Some people have told me to use alcohol NOT peroxide and other people have told me to use peroxide NOT alcohol and other people have told me neither and to use neosporin. So what should I do? I pierced it by myself so theres really no one I can go to to ask about it.

do you really want to know how to get rid of acne?
You really can get rid of acne, naturally. How? By learning about the causes of acne and how to rebalance the body. By understanding that applying harsh chemicals to the skin can actually exacerbate the skin's natural oil production and make acne worse. Why is it that people who don't eat a Western diet don't have acne? You, too, can get rid of acne by understanding why it's predominantly a Western problem. In parts of the world where a Western diet is being adopted, they are now getting acne.

Our bodies are fine-tuned machines, continually creating new cells and getting rid of dead cells. There are three processes vital to human health; appropriation (taking in food, air, water etc), assimilation (absorbing nutrients to create new cells) and elimination (expelling waste/toxins). If any one of these is unbalanced, this can lead to less than vital health. We need to take in the right fuel, use it effectively and get rid of by-produ

I am reading about a product called dermisil. They offer a money back guarantee, but I have a rather severe outbreak right now. I am not 100% sure this is scabies, but it sure appears to be from the pictures I'm seeing. Should I order the product, or spend more money going to the doctor?

I went to a dermatologist (that, after meeting him I don't trust him too well) that gave me a 2 months suply of retin-a. I had really gone there to treat scars, but he said only a plastic surgeon can treat that.

Anyway, I only have ONE pimple on my face... just one. He said to put retin-a on every night and then use 10% benzyl peroxide (clean & clear) every morning.

I looked online to research retin-a and it says you should use it only once every other night and do NOT use any benzyl peroxide. Because it will irritated, dry your face and make it peel.

Why would he tell me to use it so much for just one pimple??? (which I had even told him, was the first one I'd had in months). All I wanted was to treat the red marks and scars and I thought thats what a dermatologist does?!?!
