I am reading about a product called dermisil. They offer a money back guarantee, but I have a rather severe outbreak right now. I am not 100% sure this is scabies, but it sure appears to be from the pictures I'm seeing. Should I order the product, or spend more money going to the doctor?

Scabies are not hard to get rid of...but the itching is...and they are not the same thing. If you used the medication as indicated AND you don't have a pet who might be harboring further infestation AND you took care of bedding, sofa, etc., AND everyone with whom you are intimate with was treated, THEN you have gotten rid of the infestation. Now the itching is a whole other story that can last six months even after the parasite has died. It actually is the feces that makes you itch (I know, gross). Typical anti-inflammatory agents can be helpful - anti-histamines (oral and topical)and steroids (oral and topical). Good (itch) luck (scratch)

Go to the doctor. You can't diagnose scabies from internet pictures!
