I clean it 3-4 times a day and i soak it in coarse sea salt and water 2 times a day. But the skin is irritated and red and its dried out. It looks kind of like the skin is peeling. Its got white crust all around the opening of the hole and sometimes yellow pus come out. Some people have told me to use alcohol NOT peroxide and other people have told me to use peroxide NOT alcohol and other people have told me neither and to use neosporin. So what should I do? I pierced it by myself so theres really no one I can go to to ask about it.

Do not use alcohol because that would make it more dry. I would clean daily with peroxide or a betadine solution. Vaseline would help with the dryness as well as neosporin. I would also put a light bandage like a piece of gauze on after application. You probably don't want to, but you may want to remove ring. The pus would mean infection. Good luck.

Go see a dermatologist.
It is blatantly obvious that you have a bad skin reaction to something and you are wasting your time and jeopardizing your health by asking us fools on these boards.

>"I pierced it by myself so there's really no one I can go to to ask about it."<
This is why there are PROFESSIONALS who do this.
So whats next?
If you need surgery, are you gonna do it yourself?
