My skin is very pale, always has been. Lots of people think I'm anemic, but I've never been diagnosed. Anyway, for a few months now, I'm noticing a lot more visible veins on my body--on my arms and chest area, mostly. What I'd like to know is if the only soloution is getting a tan, and if it's normal to be able to see veins on very pale skin. Thanks.

Cool...thanks. And yeah, I love my pale skin, so I don't think tanning is an option....I don't really mind them that much, but as one person said, it's better than skin cancer.

It's normal. If they bother you, as it appears they do, other than tanning you may wish to try a body makeup on your arms and chest.

I don't know the answer but I will say that it is better to have pale skin with those blue veins showing than skin cancer.
I have very pale skin and am fortunate that my husband finds it attractive.

It's normal. I like pale females.
