yes, but neem oil is best.
Internally, take neem bark capsules, milk thistle and turmeric.
Neem oil will alleviate the symptoms very very rapidly. 3 days for most people, regardless of how bad the presentation.

Cure psoriasis starting today - even if your doctor or dermatologist says "it's impossible!"
I've just followed a guide called psoriasis free for life that completely cured me of this debilitating and embarrassing disease in less than a month!
Remember, this will not only treat the symptoms that you do see:
the red, inflamed itchy skin.
The silvery scales that seem to erupt for no reason.
The burning or bleeding that occurs around your joints.
The cracking, oozing and painful patches on your skin.
But it also treats the underlying cause of psoriasis - the part you don't see - the actual immune system deficiency that causes these itchy patches to appear and scale over.
For more information, check here : http://Psoriasis.naturallysaver.com .
You can definitely get back your life, your confidence and your self esteem!

I haven't heard of it. I have heard of Psoriaflora, which contains Mahonia aquifolium, a plant which according to Canadian research contains an active ingredient that has been shown to help inhibit the abnormal skin growth rates that causes the condition. The cream; available from Victoria Health Food Stores (0800-413596) can also relieve associated itching, scaling, redness and skin irritation.

also the Zambesia Botanica range, which includes a gentle but effective scalp treatment. A traditional African remedy that was discovered by an Englishman who had suffered from psoriasis for 45 years until he used it, the active ingredient comes from the Kigelia africana tree. (Locals call it the “sausage tree” since the fruit pods hang down from the branches looking just like pork sausages.) The Zambesia Botanica range includes creams and shampoos. The scalp formula costs £8.95 for 100ml. Mail order from Farmacia (020-7404 8808).
I hope this is of some help!

PS. I've also heard organic aloe vera is very good for the itching.

So..
Home remedies are the lowest cost treatments for dealing with psoriasis. More often than not, they are all-natural cures and won’t harm you with harsh side-effects. Not all results work for all people and it may take trying a few different remedies to find one that works for you.

Yes I heard of that too but the coconut oil must be 100% pure virgin coconut oil and not just any type for best results. You can apply it or consume it.

Aloe Vera Gell is best. Nothing will actually cure it though sadly.......particularly if it's in the Family.
