Well... i would first of all clean my face with a cleansing cloth, u get these in pakets from ya local supermarkets... they are so good for sensitive skin and will make ur skin feel really soft.
Then i would exfoliate ma skin with a gentle face scrub (this will remove the surface cells and reveal the smooth fresh cells underneth, it will also open ur pores and clean then out, helping ya get rid of any spots) -Try "St. Ives" its not expecive either. prb about £2.50

then i would pat dry ma face with a towel and then cream ma face with a oil free lotion - one that says on the tub for oily skin, cause then that way it wont make ya face feel heavy and oily.

Hope ive helped... my skin was like urs, and now its so much better and looks really healthy and clear.
Good luck.

I no its gonna be a pain but try doing this every night before u go to bed.
if thats not posable then do it when every u can.

Go for the ones in the health shops that donot contain harsh ingredents, some good ranges to try are: Dr Haushka (very good a bit expensive ), Living Nature, Weleda, Lavera & also Jason do some face washes (if u wash ur face make sure u cleanse with also with a cream cleanser & tone also).
Also, I love the cheap but excellent Traditional range from Boots. I've used the Cold Cream for cleansing, the Moisturizer with vitamin A &E ;they were excellent. TRhey also do a glycerin & Rosewater toner.

I started using Arbonne's revolutionary anti-aging system (hydrating wash, balancing toner, facial serum, transforming lift, corrective eye cream, day crème, and night crème) last year and absolutely love it! It is specifically formulated to reduce the affects of sun damage, decrease fine lines and wrinkles, while it works to combat the visual signs of aging. The system consists of botanically based products that contain natural collagens (hyaluronic acid), giving your skin a natural lift and others to deeply condition and hydrate your skin. They're all pure, safe, beneficial, hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, and formulated without alcohol, wax, dyes, chemicals, fragrances, acetone, or mineral oil. They're unlike any others on the market as they are formulated in Switerland and made with all 9 KEY anti-aging elements (KOJIC ACID, NANOSPHERES, COPPER, VITAMIN C, ALPHA & BETA HYDROXY ACIDS, PEPTIDES, BIO-HYDRIA, ELHIBIN & STIMUTEX, and ALPHA LIPOIC ACID), giving you maximum benefit.

Their products are also formulated with nanosphere technology which makes them beneficial for all skin types and adjusts to your skins specific needs by applying more moisture in dry areas and less is oily areas. I like this because I have an oily T-zone. Arbonne has helped to even out my skin tone as well as keep my skin looking radiant, without looking oily or greasy. Research shows that 6 months continued use of this system will give a 68% decrease in DEEP density lines and wrinkles; however I started to notice results within a week or two.

Arbonne even has anti aging products for your entire body including a hydrating body wash, body serum, hydrating body lotion, and essential fatty acid dietary supplement, a concentrated blend of flaxseed oil, CoQ10 and beneficial elements to support younger-looking skin and good health ... from the inside, out ... and formulated in a vegetarian capsule. It's made of Flaxseed oil, vitamins A, C, E, Coenzyme Q10, alpha lipoic acid. I love the NutriMinC Re9 Anti-Aging Body Serum and Hydrating Body Lotion.

The products come in pre measured pumps so there is no waste. I love this because I don't like measuring my products. It's hard to try and determine how much eye crème or moisturizer is most beneficial. This way, just 1 pump is all you need! If you're interested in learning more, send me an email and I'll help you.

If you can afford it, try to consult an in dependant dermatologist.
I use Clinique products; I wouldn't use any thing else. However, if you are careful and don't stress your skin by going crazy with lots of differnet new products, it might be worth visiting a few different beauty counters and trialling samples of their reccommeded products to see which works best for you.

You should try going to a dermotologist. Or, if you're not looking to seek medical help, just look for lotions or soaps that help your type of skin. Hope this helps!
