get some vitamin e gel caps(they are cheap) and poke a hole in them and rub the liquid on the scars...it will take a little time (and the stuff stinks but use it at bedtime everyday!) the more often you use it the better! Good luck!

Dry and/or greasy skin due to poor oil composition of the skin. Thick greasy oils clog pores, lack of oil leads to dryness and irritation. You need thin oils to moisturize while dissolving and clearing gunk in your poors. Try fish oil or seafood. 2 tsp fish oil a day or 4 servings of seafood a week. Stick it out for at least 2 months; it will take a long time to replace all your oil. Any effect after 1-2 days is temporary or random; so even if it makes you break out a little at first, you haven't given it a full try yet.
In the short term you can wash and moisturize well, but that will only go so far. Plus excessive washing can be drying and excessive moisturizing can be clogging. Use a small amount of a light moisturizer, made with oil not jelly or grease. Often that means soybean oil or mineral oil. Mineral oil means mined from the ground. So soybean oil is usually better, though mineral oil won't cause too much harm. Clean with soap and water, not a harsh acne cleanser. Even then they only work so well. So you really need the seafood.
Antibiotics aren't really good for bacteria long term, they'll come back in force after. Short term they may help. After you get off them find some kefir with acidophilus listed first or 2nd to replace the friendly bacteria they destroyed. Studies show less illness when you have these bacteria, even outside the stomach in places such as the lungs and elsewhere. You want friendly bacteria to fill the void when the antibiotics stop, not harmful ones.
In the short term you might also try 100,000+ iu retinol vitamin A (a megadose, and too much for normal use) or one of the acne drugs that is similar to retinol vitamin A. It's some minor harm to your organs, but it helps against bacteria on your skin. At least it doesn't have the other long term drawbacks to your skin that antibiotics and many scrubs do.
If you would like to learn how to treat your acne permanently and regain your health and wellbeing, without drugs, without typical acne treatments, and without any side effects, then this will be the most important letter you will ever read.

I make sure to NEVER touch my face. Then, I wash my face with acne soap in the shower with a wash cloth. I've found that the best kind of acne soap are the "generic" yellow kind. They just get rid of grease; which is what causes acne, mainly. Make sure you eat healthy. I eat at bananna or an apple in a day or two. But the best way to get rid of it is to wait a little while doing that. Acne is also caused by hormones, which will probably level out over time. Just make sure to keep your face clean and somewhat dry, and to never touch your face with your hands. You could use your shirt or a cloth, which I do. P.S. : Don't pick zits. If you want a zit gone; "pop" it with a tissue. Just squeeze the white out and rinse with water.

First of all stop picking your acne. If you don't stop you can get rid of scars cause they get replaced by new scars.
Wash your face with warm water and soap up your face. In the shower is the best place for this cause you have access to alot of water and you can really soap up your face.
Cleans the skin and dont over rub your face. keep your skin clean and dont bloody touch your face with your hands.
Dirty fingures makes for bacteria and if you pick a pimple it gets infected with the dirt from your fingure and you get more acne.
Stop touching your face............
Scars will eventually dissapear with time unless you keep touching your bloody face STOP IT NOW !!!!

There aren't really any household products that will do it. However at any Walmart or Walgreens they sell this great facial cleanser by Neutrogena called an acne mark fading peel. I used it and it works great.

im sorry, but microdermabrasion is what will get rid of them.ur mom is doing a real disservice to u by refusing to do this for u-unless she is severely financially challenged and unable to afford treatments.cosmetic procedures are not covered under health insurance-but if ur dr and/or school psychologist(whom u can speak to for free-also,the guidance counselor) will write letters stating ur psychological trauma,it may be possible to get ur insurance pay,as it is now a psychological issue concerning depression relating to physical appearance.good luck!ur parents really need to go to bat for u and try to get insurance to cover it.if they dont believe how upset this makes u,a coach,a clergyperson or a trusted adult friend or teacher may help them see how adversely this is affecting u.if worse comes to worse, get summer jobs, bank every bit of money u get,and pay for ur own treatrments.best of luck to u.ps-the good news is,microdermabrasion will make ur skin as if u never had a problem.

There is cream you can use to diminish scars but it's not going to completely remove them. Go to the drugstore and ask the cosmetologist (I apologize for not knowing the name of it, but they also sell stretch mark cream, if that'll help you find the name). If you had a job, you could receive treatments with a dermatologist, I beieve they use a laser. And it works. Good luck :)
