Skin Conditions - February 2007

It looks like a bump on your lip..or like a pimple? I don't really know..but I have to be on stage soon...and i really don't want my cold sore, when i'm up there! Any ideas on how to get rid of them? Thanks a bunch, in advance!

Since moving to China, I have lost hair on my head. Some say it is because I have been dying my hair with harmful chemicals. A doctor said it could be because of the dirt and water difference between China and where I am from in America?

My breasts are feeling really itchy, they've never felt this itchy before, especially round the nipple aread
Ive worn this bra many time before and it hasnt irritated me, i havent changed softeners or anything, and yes i do wash my clothes and bathe regularly - why today - what could be the cause?

ive tried moisturising and it hasnt worked, and i havent come out in a rash, its just very itchy!

Is it normal to have a little leakage 3 days after surgery? I have it bandaged & have kept it dry. I have a spot on my bandage that is about the size of my pinky nail & is a light brown in color. I haven't looked at the wound yet as its hard for me to change my bandage & won't be able to get help until tomorrow. I can see the bandage, just can't move enough to change it. I don't have a temp.

I had laproscopic surgery to remove my gall bladder & the wound I'm talking about is around my belly button.

Ok. I popped a blackhead on my nose. I just sqeezed it once. But, now I have a scar or something. Right at the tip of my nose!! It is so embarrassing. I didn't know it would scar!!!

okay, so... i don't know if Im just being paranoid, but here it goes:
This morning I was at work (a bakery), and I rang someone up and was taking there money and got their money in my hand and I relized it had a spot of blood on it, and then I looked at there hand and it had blood on it. Not a ton of blood, but a good amount like they had a cut or something. I didn't want to be rude, the guy was really nice, so I just took his money and set it under the counter, and then immediately washed my hands, with soap and hot water. I was the only one there at the time, when the owner came in, I told her and we cleaned everything he might of touched and so on. but now I am really paranoid that I got some disease from him? Besides the usual itty, bitty cuticle/sores that everyone has, I had a paper cut on my palm. but it was from yesterday, its not really an "open sore". any way, I know its too late to do much, what would you guys do? do you think I am ok? thank you!

I dont know if i have a condtion called keratosis pilaris or not. Its a condtion when i have bumps on arms and neck. In the book, it says i have to exfoliat my neck and arms twice a week? When will it go away if i do this?

okay...i guess my acne pretty much has cleared. problem areas: cheeks. i just have scars now which irritate me so much i hate looking in the mirror at them! anyways now the spots have gone, what is the best thing to clear the scars?
also i use clinique tinted moisturizer which i think made the acne worser and some stage as it was oily. what's the best foundation to use? (UK)

I know there is no cure for eczema, however my boyfriend has it really badly this winter. He refuses to go to the doctor, i think because he doesnt trust them to actually help...long story. Anyway, are there any OTC remedies that will help with the itching, rash, etc? He just wants to take benadryl, and i keep saying to put some lotion or cortizone on it. Any all natural remedies would be great too, he's not the biggest fan of "medicine". Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
