I use antibacterial hand soap the one without perfume in it put it on there and let it dry. it usually works fast if you catch it before it gets going good.

for over-the-counter items, try to find something with benzoyll peroxide in it. That ingredient kills zits. If you have a number of zits, use a cream twice a day like proactiv or some other RELIABLE brand.

First keep your hands off of it....germs cause infection and infection makes zits red and ugly. Then try a dab of toothpaste...yes toothpaste on it at night before you go to bed. the mint in the paste will reduce the redness and as the paste dries it acts as a drawing agent to clear the zit.

I saw this on the Ellen show yesterday. There was a lady on there with home remedies. She said that if you crush up an aspirin, and mix it with lemon juice, and rub it on the zit, it will take the redness out. I haven't tried it, but this is what I saw on Ellen.

There is nothing you can do to get rid of it instantly....
Follow the advice of other suggestions for long term but for urgent remedy all you can do is cover with makeup. Good Luck!

wetever you do dont pop it....or squeeze it will proboly go away by it self but that takes days ...yeah i would go with proactive it really good!
