How fast? Clay will work wonders, but that's not exactly homemade. If you only have one or two pimples, try a hot tea pack of chamomile tea, applied directly to the pimples for 10 minutes. Repeat every few hours (if you have time). Oatmeal is supposed to be very good, too. Just mix a little with a tiny bit of hot water until you have a nice paste, and then put it on the pimples. Let dry and rinse off. I'm afraid oatmeal can sometimes irritate the skin, so be careful.

Yogurt is supposed to be very good, too, especially with things that are more fungus-y. Tea tree oil helps, too.

Don't try everything at once though -- it may irritate your skin! I would say try the chamomile pack first, then one other remedy if it doesn't seem to help.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.
