as a teen, I had a "baby face", as soon as I hit age 21, I started getting heavy acne. (I thought all that happens during the teen age yrs.)

Okay, well I got my ears pierced when I was like 2-3 months old. I've never had an earring hole infection, but now I've started wearing these pair of earrings and I don't know if it's the earrings or what, but now both earring holes are hard, and crusty and I have to wet them with water to make them soft so I can put my earrings in. Any tips of what I should do? Thanks!

at first i thought it was a pimple ,but it has somewhat of a little balllike consistinsy. its not big at all it just showed up yesterday. it also looks like a dark color under the skin. almost like he bumped it. the best way i can describe it is it feels like a little lumpy ball under his skin, but like i said its not big at all. could it be an ingrown hair or something like a bruise? any ideas would be great, iseem to panick alot!! thanks

I occasionaly see people with purple spots on their faces. These spots look like images of countries on the maps (I hope this is ethical way to describe it) in that they have torn edges.
Well I don't know what this condition is called and hopefuly a brief description.
Thanks people

Lately my face has become somewhat irritated. Not sure what the cause is. I think it is because of this laundry detergent I have been using. But not completely sure.
Is there a face cleanser or anything at all that I can use to help my skin on my face? It sort of burns and feels like it is on fire some times.

Please help me as I dont want the skin on my face to get worse. Thank you for your help in advance.

I've been diagnosed with psoriasis since I was 9 years old. 11 years later, I still have it and now it's worse than ever. I've seen 3 doctors on the matter and all the medicines they've prescribed have deemed useless. Does anybody have any suggestions? I've even tried shaving my head several times. I'm open to anything. Thanks

i knoe jessica simpson says it does, but personally i don't think she's that trustworthy right about now.
NE way,
i've heard some things that it's not good for your skin (from peoplr who like to do it the "natural" way)
that it works overnight (stupid commercials)
and that it works but it takes 5-7 months ( older sisters best friend, but her problem was really bad, mine isn't as bad as that)

so if anybody has had personal experience with it, i'd appreciate it if you shared the outcome with me and let me know if it's worth however much it costs. thanks.

I have been reading that Salicylic Acid is good for loosening, removing and preventing blackheads, and also helpful in treating spots and even exzema. I've tried searching the web for products containing this ingredient that are widely available in the UK, but haven't had much luck.

Can anyone recommend products which contain Salicylic Acid which I can obtain easily from a supermarket or pharmacy, or online?

Help, my skin especially my legs get really itchy. It happens mostly after I take a shower or when the temperature changes eg inside warm outside cold. I have been to a couple of dermatologist which I had blood work done but they can't find anything wrong with me. Also I don't have a rash or any other symtoms that you can see. I have tried different lotion, detergent etc that I can think of. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

It almost seems like stress relief at times. I have caused much damage to my skin but I feel like I can't control myself sometimes. I really don't even have bad skin but somehow I stretch my face out and find tiny little pores with barely anything in them. I will try to pop anything that even resembles a bump. I probably just make matters worse but it's so soothing at the time! Anyone else have this problem?

Tanning salon?

2006-11-22 02:53:27 · 12 answers · asked by Anny07 2

First I want to say that I have tried EVERYTHING except going to a doctor. I've tried lotions, creams, Lotrimin, Lamisil, Tinactin, you name it. I have not had any luck getting information on my particular problem, so maybe you all can help me.

My heels are dry and mildly cracked, but I am not too worried about that since it is common and fairly easily helped. About 7 years ago, the ball of my left foot started splitting. It did not bleed because there is a lot of tough built-up skin there, and at the time it was a tiny little split. Over the years, it has become much worse and I now have multiple, deep splits on both balls of my feet. Now it is becomong painful and starting to get to the raw skin underneath.

I've tried shaving the skin down and moisturizing. I've tried every anti-fungal on the market. I've tried pumice stones, creams, socks on my feet at night, and I even spent the ENTIRE last winter wearing nothing on my feet but fleece boots with socks on. Can anyone help?
