There's not much you can do for prevention - it's just hormones going crazy and you just have to grin and bear it (we've all been there!) However, to get rid of your acne once it's there is different. Toothpaste is a quick and simple solution - just put a little blob on each spot before going to sleep and they'll dry up overnight, gaining a crusty head that is then much easier to pop. Hope it clears up soon (and it will - I had v bad acne from 16-19 years old but once it was over boy was I relieved!)

Proactiv! Works like a charm! A little expensive but worth it for nice skin. Also I would try Biore Pore strips for immediate attention to your blackheads. (You can find them at the drug store or grocery store)

Try washing occasionally. A little soap and water goes a long way. While we're on the subject have you heard of these other amazing products -
mouthwash
toothpaste
deoderant

go to parlour in 15 days ,take clean up with natural packs & told to remove blackheads.In home try cucumber paste with lemon juice,rub honey with little milk over ur face & nose.

theres a few things i use. i like biore and noxzima. they work for me. neutagina makes good stuff to.
