First of all keep you arms covered when outside or use sun screen all year round.
If you do this the skin will naturally lighten on it's own. But there are a number of skin lighteners on the market available at your drug store or cosmetic counter.

sure, I agree that even as there are a spread of facial cream contained in the marketplace which whitens or brightens your face yet no longer a lot for the body. I advise you study St Ives and or Nivea, I vaguely bear in mind that they have got brightening/whitening body lotion, "it gained't take position over evening, even though it is going to take position". I used to pour a million cup of three% hydrogen peroxide in my bath to eliminate dried-up undesirable tanning lotion/tan marks (yep stripy tan strains/streaks does no longer seem reliable nor does that betacarotene seem). I purely soak for about 10 minutes, rinse contained in the bathe and exfoliate, works like magic everytime! Then I purely moisturise my finished body for toddler comfortable pores and skin...hehehe...perchance this may help you with exfoliating your tanned pores and skin to bare a lighter/extra effective coloration? yet becareful once you've hyper tender pores and skin because the hydrogen peroxide would reason redness as with all cream that includes salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. also do as the different human being has pronounced previously, use spf30 or better (certain factors of Europe sells spf60 creams/creams) once you're contained in the sunlight besides as minimise sunlight publicity. quite somewhat an hour or 2 an afternoon with a hat on is adequate. you want sunlight to stay chuffed or you could might want to take diet D supplement ought to you circumvent sunlight publicity altogether. reliable luck!

Which arm? It the one you hang on the window when you drive?

Nothing is going to fade skin that is over the counter and you probably should go see a dermatologist.
