okay i know this is gross but i have two ingrown hairs on my private area in a most uncomfortable spot from shaving down there too frequently...my question is...are there any sort of creams or ointments out there to fix this? It is very painful

Ingrown hairs are tricky. I have never heard of an ointment or anything for them... which sucks.
I have always had to "pop" them out (kinda gross!)

Try Tea Tree Oil to make them go away and use a razor designed for the pubic region or for africans.
If you get them frequently, check with a derm. to rule out hideranitus supportiva.

if there is in grown hair treatment then yes it would work but i dont think there is but you can shave it off or you can go it taken out at the docter for good i had to but i have never had to worry about it again you think it is embarrising but it isnt so many peope get them there and get it done because how bad it hurts.

Been there, and boy does it suck. I usually "squeeze" them out w/tweezers...may be gross but it hurts to bad not to!

you need to squeeze it out because you don't want it growing even more under the skin
