i had this hyperacidity a couple of weeks back,but after takin antacids its gone.the thing is that i have a bad anxiety which led to sudden chills and spasm inside my body,and the feeling of having fever but temperature usually turns normal.my leg is usually cold,though its summer and sometimes my mouth is dry and no saliva...somehow its like wen u took codeine content medicines and u have no saliva at all..my bp is 100/70 and im underweight...can u tell me if u ever experience or heard this kind of symptoms...and someone told me to check my thyroid b4 ..but i really don't know whats a thyroid and whats its affect...i don't drink,don't smoke nor do i take aspirins..im 21 yrs old..plz help..ive seen many doctors and they said its becoz of hyperacidity and they also don't advice me to take any kind of investigation like blood test or endoscopy etc...but its really hard to beleive this is caused by hyperacidity..plz help

I'm not really a smoker, I only smoke when I feel depressed... But why is it that every time I smoke, I feel dizzy? Well, I like the feeling dizzy part. But why do I feel dizzy? I've only smoked like more or less 20 cigarettes in my life...

I have had Fibromyalgia for 8 years now, and because my husband is in the military we move around alot and I still have to deal with Doctor's that don't believe that this exists. My last doctor tried to make it seem like some made up illness. I hate going to the doctor's office and it ticks me off that some of these doctor's act like I have nothing else better to do than to complain about some made up disorder. I have the worst pains in my back everyday, I always feel like I have been hit by a truck in the mornings, I am so severly depressed it's pathetic. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or better yet anyone have Fibro and lives in San Diego and know of a great Rhuematologist? I am new to San Diego and don't know any here that can give me the help I need........I had a great one in Illinois

my mums 46 and went to have a mammagram. the results showed that she had a clusrer of benign lumps deep in her left nipple and a lump of 8mm at the 8:00 position in her right breast. is this really bad my mum has 7 children to look after. does this mean that its a more serious case of breast cancer. our doctor was really worried and spend a whole hour in her office with her even though she had a full waiting room she just told them all to stay out and wait pationtly

She has had the petechia in the past and we have always been told it was probably viral. She has also had blood counts taken several times with nothing that stood out. She usually only gets it on her face, arms, and upper chest. We are religious about putting sun screen on.

It didn't used to be this bad when I got myofascial release therapy and the like. Lately, when I get any type of massage, I feel a distinct lack of well-being and a longing for bedtime. Is it more toxins, getting older? Any thoughts?

When I have a larger "spare tire," I have more issues with my disglycemia, which is similar to diabetes; I have little tolerance for carbs. I am also carrying around more weight (30 pounds), which I assume is having an effect on my fibromyalgia. Maybe the fat itself effects fibromyalgia too, I don't know. What's your knowledge of this?

I've seen a rheumatologist and he said that I'm ANA positive undiagnosed. How can that be? My PCP said that I have all the symptoms of SLE or Lupus. I don't want to be left in the dark and then get hit hard later. I really need to know for sure so I can start making the right life changes. Should I get a second oppion from another Rheumatologist?

Aged about 75. Suffering with heavy bloating and flatulence even with empty or full stomach. Also had continuous burning sensation of feet. Sometimes dizziness. I think it is due to sluggishness of lever. Will the above symptoms lead to neurological disorders more specifically GB Syndrome ?

he can't sit or stand without fidgetting and always seems on edge, I have heard of a condition called st vitas dance that has similar symptoms. At first I laughed at what this illness was called but a friend of the family told me her grandmother had it, just wondering id anyone has any imformation on this illness?

Hello to everyone, so I am constantly cold throughout the day and night. I always feel like I need a blanket or coat around me and sometimes even then I am cold. My kids tell me all the time mom your going to run me out of the house, its too hot in here (I am still cold.)! It can be 70 degrees outside and I will have the heater on. I am 33 yrs old I have had some medical condtions such as a full hysterectomy and things associated with that. ANyways I dont understand why I am so cold all the time so does anyone have any suggestions?

All day long it acks I do take medication for it but I am not sure it working. The drug I am takeing is called Lyrica 200MG. Just not working for me but everyone says yes it works no more pain...... Been takeing it almost all year know. Will I always have this pain?
