Read the article and view the picture... really pay attention.... I must know if this is real! My fiance claims that its fake, but I think its real, and so do my friends and my mom. Please, if you can explain how this is fake or real, please do.

I will say this: I've been in the medical business for many years, have seen and heard many strange things, this isn't by far the strangest.
To start with, these parasites wouldn't I don't think generate themselves like soldiers in a row, together, all looking out, do you, think about it? They're more like tube worms in the depths of the South Pacific feeding off the volcanic vents.
Parasites more or less feed randomly and at will all over and, not like you see with mouths at the surface. And, don't you think this person would have to be numb or in a coma not to feel them in this sensitive area like this? I do.
I think this is a hoax and a rude on at that. I've seen parasite coming out of the body, several different types but, nothing on this scale or, this type, these look like maggots and they only feed on dead flesh. Sorry I think you've been duped.
