If you read a recent question I asked, called "laryngitis...help!" you will learn that my daughter had laryngitis a few days ago. For a few days now, she has had a cough, and a stuffy nose. The cough is really bad, and sounds phlegmy. My husband took her to the doctor yesterday, and had a throat culture done. I have to call in about an hour. She doesn't have a fever, but do you think it's strep?

If I caught the flu, would that be extremely dangerous? His doctor didn't seem to be worried, he just told him not to kiss me.

he has had diarehia and vomiting for on and off 12 days with periods of feeling better and getting so sick he cant move. we took him to the ER and they done lots of tests and told us it was just a viral infection. I am leaning to the fact that it might be something serious and not a virus. Does someone have any info that might point to another cause? Thanx

Her illness started with chills and high fever (102F) about 15 days back. The blood report does not indicate malaria or typhoid. The hb%, platelet count and conjuctiva are normal. She has been on an antibiotic course for 1 week. The fever has since reduced but appears at night about 99F.No apparent appetite loss or nausea. Is it a case of FLU or is further diagnosis required.
