I'm pretty sure i have the stomach flu. i threw multiple times from 2:30 am yesterday morning to about 8 am. i haven't thrown up since then..just drank lots of water..and i had a piece of toast and hour ago.

what do i do now as in terms of drinking and eating?

Keep drinking liquids and eat non-spicy foods.

Eat what you crave, this is your bodies way of telling you what you need. As long as its not too rich or spicy (but i doubt you would fancy that right now anyhow!) Eating little and often would be better than large meals, just nibble. Make sure you get plenty of fluids too.
Flat lemonade is good for an unhappy stomach, stir it fast with a big metal spoon to flatten it yourself. I hope you feel better soon x

Drink lots of liquids and eat light things like toast, crackers, soup and jello etc. As you feel better eat whatever you want to eat.

If you have a fever... you have the flu. Otherwise i don't think that's what it was ..you might have just eaten too much or something that didn't agree with your stomach. Just take it easy for a while. Feel Better :)!

sip on some warm apple-cider vinegar water
ask your doc about samples...tamiflu-which kills the virus quick
take some enchinachea supplements to get rid of it fast.
drink V8 juices, eat apples, chicken soups
