MRSA primarily affects people who are in a weakened state, or are immunosuppressed, which is why it is so commonly seen in hospitals as well as HIV patients. It is not a sexually-transmitted disease, and is not a chronic-carrier infection that remains with the individual. So yes, kissing and intercourse are fine, as long as your partner is not in the middle of a fulminant septicemic infection (in which case they would probably be in the ER or dead).
