If your someone were suffering from cancer, such as bleeding from eyes, mouth, etc. from spreading cancer, and you knew they were going to die in matter of hours, they weren't on life support or anything, would it be illegal to put them to sleep (lethal injection) so they wouldn't have to suffer longer?

I have been smelling this strange scent everywhere, and tasting the same gross taste in my mouth. And sometimes I feel a strange pulsating sensation in my left ear (sometimes it is an ear ache). Also, sometimes I see floaters in my vision. It sometimes seems like I see a spark-like figure in the corner of my eye (both right and left), but when I look to my side there is nothing there. I get headaches sometimes, not too often. And they are never very painful. I have had some pain behind my left eye too.

I have a friend working in Indonesia who encountered a girl with leukemia. This is third world life and there is no medical programs around to help her, not to mention her family would never be able to afford it. What sponsors or programs are out there that offer aid to either bring her the help she needs or transfer her to a country where she can get the help to live the life she doesn't deserve to have taken away? Please, if you have any information, let me know. If I am not specific enough, contact me. Thank you.

my dad has been going to radiation treatment about 8 times now. the doctor took a measurement of the tumor after 4 treatments and said that he noticed that it had gotten smaller. and he did some calculations that i guess were pertaining to the volume of the growth. however, we don't notice a difference in size of it and my dad doesn't feel any different. has anyone had this type of experience with treatment? where it actually takes awhile to kick in like that, while the doctor notices a difference?

My friends and I have decided to raise money for Breast cancer research. National Breast Cancer Awareness Month is in October. We are High School Students and are dedicated to this plan. We have decidedto make ribbons with magnets on the back that all students can stick on the outside of their lockers all throughout the month of october. Also we are thinking of asking our school principal if we could do a "think pink" day where everyone pays 1 dollar to wear any peice of pink clothing. We would like to know if you have any other ideas for us to raise money. However, the objects that we sell must be made by us NOT store bought, please help!

Put simply my mom has several doctors that have conflicting opinions. She has gotten 2nd opinions and none of the DR's agree on anything. No body even says what stage it is. After 3 mamograms we knew something was up, but they had never said they thought it was cancer. They sent her for a biopsy ( as in the past) but this was not a needle, this was with a scalpel. They did ultra sound, and MRI. She went to a radiologist who said he could not do 8 weeks treatment because it was close to the heart. So her oncologist recomends masectomy. She called the Radioloigist back and told him the recomendation, he said he would not do it if it was him. He said MRI can be wrong, they are so sensitive. He would rather risk heart damage down the road.
Has anybody had to make the treatment decision on thier own, and should they tell her what stage she is in. The biopsy was positive on AUG 1. They say it might be 2 spots and might be in the lymh nodes.
