My mother told me about this royal rifle helping people fight cancer and I want to know more about it, but I can't seem to find anything on it. No it is not a gun.

Were suffering from tremendous pain and had family and friends notice something just isn't right. Would you confide in them and potentially make them worry themselves sick when it isn't confirmed but there is a 50% chance? Or put on a brave face, pretend all is well, even though, they can clearly see something is very wrong?

My aunt is in the hospital with cancer. To help out, I've been sewing chemo hats from this free internet pattern and it's fantastic. I'd reccommend a fabric like jersey, with some give to it, if you want to try this yourself.. If anyone out there also has liks to patterns like this I'd love to know.

Take care.

I don't want to judge ppl but like I am kind of freaked out by AIDS and now someone I know has cancer I don't really want to catch it or be around them. IS that bad? It just freaks me out!

She may also feel it when she bends. She has an appointment to see her surgeon but I wonder if anyone else has similar issues. Could it be the interal stitches healing and pulling out, etc? It's not a pain or ache - more of a pull or sting.

Guys I'm soo worried I have bladder cancer. I've had some tests done.. no sign of infection. I had an ultrasound and cytology done a couple of months ago and the ultrasound showed what they believe are kidney stones, but these tests aren't accurate for diagnosing bladder cancer. Anyways I have symptoms that aren't characteristic of kidney stones sitting in your kidneys. I have pain in my bladder a lot, pain in my bladder when I urinate, blood, frequency and now I have lower back pain. All my symptoms sort of come and go day to day. I'm freaking out I have bladder cancer or some kind of cancer.. maybe prostate or urethral. Can anyone give me any thoughts. I have a ct scan booked for 2 weeks and yes of course I've seen doctors.

I made it! I'm 67 on 14th November [tomorrow] I was diagnosed with Aliens in my plumbing [Bowel Cancer] in 2001 and had 6 months of chemo after op, then it came back and was discovered in both my lungs and my liver in September 2005 so I had another 6 months of chemo, and now I've just started another 6 months of chemo. I'm not fussed about the cancer, it's a nuisance and 'in the way'. My avatar says it all. I usually get about 5 birthday cards, so this year it would be good to get 67 - here - some can be jokes because we're heavily into Tumour Humour in this household. But the main reason for this request is to make you all aware of the fact the Bowel Cancer may not have any symptoms - I was Stage 3 when I was diagnosed - so get informed and go to Cancerbackup.org.uk - they have a nurse you can e.mail if you are unsure or want advice, or Cancer Research UK or www.bowelcanceruk.org.uk - they have a nurse you can speak to for advice if you are unsure - free. Best Wishes

The reason why I ask is bcause i know that blood on the stool is a serious symptom and can mean colon cancer, but i think i heard that tis uncommon for my age....Anyway, the stools look normal usually and normal in color, just that in some places there have been small streaks of blood on the surface.. Thjis really made me panicc but i also thought of the possibility of a hemmorhoid, since after i wiped, i was very itchy and when i wiped again fresh blood was on the paper which made me think that the blood was added to the stool on the way out due to a hemmorhoid i might not know about..Anyways i reallly just wnated to see some opinions, and try to ease my mind...thanks
