Which big american metro (city) area has the lowest percentage of cancer cases?

Big cities in the south (e.g. San Diego, Miami, etc) have about half the cancer incidence as big cities in the north (e.g. New York, Chicago, Seattle). This is believed to be the result of decreased sunlight and, therefore, vitamin D production in the skin as you go farther north. Vitamin D deficiency has become epidemic in the U.S. and low levels impair immune function and contribute to carcinogenesis.

Best wishes and good luck.
