I haven't hooked up with a girl in a while, and the ones I have hooked up with did NOT have herpes. I just got this sore on my outer lip, on the right side. It made that part of the lip swollen. I accidently poked it and it seems the stuff inside is yellowish. So how could I have gotten this? Last time I had something like this on my lip was about 2 years ago. And I don't drink from the same cup as others, etc.

I know some one who was in cardiac arest, and it took the paramedics twelve minutes to revive him. He is now on full life suport. Is there any chance of a recovery with out brain damage and how long can a brain remain with out oxygen?

I'm 21. For over a few years I have had problems with indigestion. Most of the time, it affects me on the left side of my chest and bothers my left arm. (It does not hurt, but it does bother it) For the longest time, I thought it was indigestion. But with the recent health of my grandmother, I'm beginning to wonder if I might heart issues instead. I'm eating better for the most part and have lost a lot of weight. I have tried to talk to my mother about this, but push the issue aside, claiming it's my breathing pattern (I breathe through my mouth mostly due to my allergies) and that I'm too young to have any problems with my heart. Anyway, does this sound like something serious?

I have scars on my skin, from like mosquito bites, and they dont go away, it leaves a dark spot on my skin, I rub vitamin E on the scars but I find it only works on NEW scars, is there anything that I can use to get rid of or hide the old scars?

every month when i get my period i eat, and eat, and eat!! just a regular habbit!!! and once its almost over i dont eat much, its like i dont have an appetite for anything!!! i dont think i have an eating disorder of any type, but if i eat food, it feels like i need to vomit after the first bite... i dont know why this is and its bugging me!!! i love to eat and i am a healthy person. but when it come to eating on a regular basis i dont want to eat. i get hunget pains and everything like that, but my stomach is telling me im full once i eat something like crackers. im trying to eat but sometimes i feel to full!!!!
please help me!!! >.<

number of affected vessels, diabetes, smoking, hypertension, left and right ventricular function, kidney failure (dialysis) and numerous other factors impact on bypass surgery, but even with these risk factors, some people can still have bypass surgery. why can't others? just curious.

i have had oral sex but only for like 1 minute with a girl who at the time had never done anything with anyone else. Since then i have hard white bumps on my penis and discolorations and a tiny red bump with a red dot on the middle. also on my scrotum there was a white bump nears a blood vessel that started bleeding when i scratched it. im sort of worried. does anyone know what this may be?

I have been trying to lose weight for several months. Most days, I'm fine, but occasionally when I do really good on it, I get really shaky and weak, and I need salt to help me feel better. I feel so terrible that reaching for a bag of chips really helps, but then I've sabotaged my diet, even though I go for the fat-free kind. I can't stop eating them until I feel better. I'm also really tired all the time, and when I wake up from a nap, I almost unconsciously reach for any food I can find (usually unhealthy). I know I'm not diabetic because my mother-in-law tests my blood sugar weekly, and she says I'm too low to be a diabetic. My count is usually between 50 and 60. So, what is wrong with me? What can I do so that I don't feel terrible and sabotage my diet? I feel like I'm never going to lose weight this way.

I just got my results back, came back type 1 & 2. And HIV negative. But i was taking famvir for a week and didn't notice anything and then valtrex. Then I took a doxcycline (anti biotic) on Friday night and the blister on my lips and chin began to dry up with in an hr or so. And also the burning in the back of my throat went away also. Anyone get sores under tongue and back of throat during outbreak?

Is this weird? My doc said didnt say anything about.. he said antibiotics dont work against hsv but I did notice something

Hi, a few days ago I bit my bottom lip on the inside when I was eating by accident. Now it is really swollen and hurts when I talk. I've tried applying bonjela and it still stings and hurts like hell.

What should I do? Will putting salty water on it help?
