While out walking yesterday I suddenly felt giddy, sweaty and dying for something sweet to eat. As soon as I reached home I ate about three Kit Kat bars and soon after felt OK again.
I seem to remember this happening before, about a year ago and I thought nothing of it at the time but, asking around this time people tell me it is called 'hypoglycemia' which I thought only affected diabetics (which I know I'm not), so, could it be hypoglycemia or if not what else could it be. Incidently my normal diet is pretty high in sugar anyway.

I'm asking this because I recently had an allergic reaction to something I ate. And I haven't eaten anything new recently. I'm thinking it was either an omelet, a salad, or soy milk.
