I have had this before, but this is worse now. I have a pacemaker and a right to left intrapulmonary shunt and postural orthostatic tachycardiac syndrome. Help!

first of all==GO TO DR or call them---but always get up real slow...never get up too fast if you feel something wrong lie down immediately---and always have your phone close to you..take care

Well, sometimes when I wake up in the morning, my vision goes black for about 5 seconds, but I don't know why it happens.

Talk to your doctor.

call a family member or 911 to get you to the ER or MD

You need to go and see your doctor, don't leave it to get any worse.
