every month when i get my period i eat, and eat, and eat!! just a regular habbit!!! and once its almost over i dont eat much, its like i dont have an appetite for anything!!! i dont think i have an eating disorder of any type, but if i eat food, it feels like i need to vomit after the first bite... i dont know why this is and its bugging me!!! i love to eat and i am a healthy person. but when it come to eating on a regular basis i dont want to eat. i get hunget pains and everything like that, but my stomach is telling me im full once i eat something like crackers. im trying to eat but sometimes i feel to full!!!!
please help me!!! >.<

As long as you convince yourself that your eating is uncontrollable, it will be. You are your own worst enemy here.
If you must eat frequently, eat small amounts, that is the healthy way to eat anyway. And if small amounts fill you up quickly, that is ok, as long as you keep eating small amounts frequently, like six to eight portions a day.

You should see your doctor about that because, even if you feel full after eating crackers, you're not getting enough nutrients from that. What you should try to do is to at least drink some Nutrament or a power bar so that you don't feel as though you're eating a lot, and you'll still get nutrients.

i got my monthly right now and i face the same dilemma...sweets sweets sweets...i crave sweets and its sickening but right after my period i stop...i think its more psychologically or our hormones just craving the sweets or foods at a higher level making it hard for us to resist this temptation...i might try a diet pill and see if this works for me...i have already ate 6 vanilla wafers and 5 cream savers hard candy and two bazooka gum all at work...for breakfast i had 1 waffle and 3 turkey sausages the small ones though...still I'm overeating and trying to stop i feel your pain

as for as the vomiting i feel that sometimes when I eat certain foods...i feel it may be more of a mental thing with me...compensating for something i feel I'm missing or lying to myself saying this is the last time i binge but in reality i probably will do it again...i just keep praying and meditating on this situation that one day i will overcome my sweet binging during my cycle...other than that i wish you the best and will pray that everything works out for the both of us...

If you are healthy then just eat the much your body can accept. If it's a few crumbs in a day, fine. Only confine the crumbs to nutritious ones.

well when im on my period i also eat quite a lot but usually when im off of it i start to not eat as much also...maybe u are just not over all the eating that u had when u were on ur period...and it doesnt sound as if u have a eating disorder

i really dont know whats wrong but i dont think its an eating disorder. you r probably just going through a phase. if this continuse u should probably see someone.
