My original TSH was 175 now it's down to 19 is this still too high? I fell terrible all the time.

No it is def Hypo an underactive thyroid. My T4 is normal.

Nope it is HYPOTHYROIDISM - I suffer from it too. 175 is very very high. The "normal range" is 0.2- 5. So 19 is still high. I assume you are on thyroxine? I bet you feel rough, mate! you have HYPERthyroidism, not hypothyroidism. Your TSH is still more than three times normal. The norm is 0.5 to 5.0.
I am sure you feel positively awful. You need to talk to your doctor about your medications.
