I have been suffering from shortness of breath for 3 years, which got slowly worse. It was always explained with a worsening of the asthma, and with being about 40-50kg overweight.X-rays showed nothing unusual. 10 days ago,I went to the hospital,in thailand, where I currently live,because shortness of breath worsened.My x-rays showed water on the lungs, an enlarged heart. after 2 days in hospital , my condition improved a lot and I was sent home, with lots of medicine and an appointment for 12 days later. the doctor was very pleased with my speedy recovery,said I had a good costituition.he said, that he can make me better within 6 month.
My main problem is communication.Doctor speaks some english. I like the hospital. very caring,private hospital, 1st world standards or nearly.Doctor very dedicated and caring. I would like to live as long as possible, with an improvement in quality of life.I am motivated. Any info, opinions, suggestions welcome.I am financially independent. thanks

I fell asleep with this girl, and, while asleep, she started her period and bled on me. I want to know if I should be worried. She apologized and helped me clean up, but she wouldn't let me disinfect my leg with paroxide. Should I get checked?

I woke two days ago with a hard red bump on the upper portion on my inner left thigh. At first I thought it was a spider bite but it didn't itch. So I thought it may be a boil. (The last time I had a boil I was about 12 - and I'm 44 now).

So I thought I'd 'sit and wait' to see what it did. Well it's still very painful. It has never been itchy. BUT it is raised, hard, red on the outside and a dark purple in the middle. No puss has begun to form. I have soaked in a hot bath and have bought everything to 'bring out' the boil...if it is a boil.

I am most concerned with the dark center. In everything I have seen and read about boils I have not seen anything that mentions a dark center. The information on spider bites isn't very helpful either.

I don't have insurance so running to a doctor will only be as a last resort. It is starting to worry me.

Any help will be appreciated.

Okay, I am only 15 years old and I have a strange looking birthmark. It is a little odd shaped but not too strange around the edges. Maybe it is a little.
I was looking this up and I get a malignant cancer. Mine does have a little flecks of strange color. I've had it for all my life...
Is this possible in a 15 year old?

It is not too big. Like, a pencil eraser. What should I do??? PLEASE HELP.

their is a chicken house that is throwing their rotten eggs and dead chickens in a big pile and it runs off into a stream that cows drink from we have had 4 dead cows 1 registered bull and 3 baby stears that have died and we have had a lot of none producing females or deformities to baby cows. Halwks are always cicrleing the pile. They are supose to incinereate the dead chickens but dont have enough money for the propain. Who should i get in contact with. Is this a possible cause????????

Most of the women in my family are really thin and underweight. I am no exception. I always thought it was just because of genes, but I recently read up about hyperthyroidism and I'm wondering if all of us have it... This Desease effects children from 1-12 years old. Their brain and liver swell up after taking baby asprin while having the flu. It happened to me where I was 4-that was 29 yrs ago - no local doctors when I live know anything about it. What are some of the long term effects? If your taking growth hormone does it hurt when the injection's medicine is released? i want to know because that's what happens to me. also have yu ever gotten a lump left behind that goes away after an injection? do you take it before sleeping or at what time of the day do you take it?

My grandmother died of cancer. She was a serious chain smoker. I lived with her several years of my life. Her and I lived with her boyfriend who was also a chain smoker. In otherwords, the house always had a least two lit cigarettes in it. My mother and father have both smoked inside all of my life as well. My grandma had all of the bones in her body from her hips up infected and possibly more.
