Go and have one of those free half hour appointments with a solicitor, you can find them in Yellow Pages or Thomson Local Directory, that way you will be able to put a quick case forward and he will be able to tell you if you can proceed with your claim, good luck.

i get repetative strain on any weak area of my body, mainly wrists, elbows and shoulders, that is doing anything repetative. Rest the area if you can and when it has eased maybe do a few stretching and strengthening exercises to help build up that area.If you work on a checkout till, can you change sides some tills are on the left some the right, or ask for a change of duties for a while to rest that area that is effected.

don't know about you but I work in a well known supermarket anyway yes I get very sore shoulder from scanning and packing all the time and typing in codes, but to be honest I really don't know what we can do about it hazard of the job and all that.

6 years back I had the same problem
I did nothing about it I wished I had
speak to colleague relations in head office if it doesnt work then speak to a personal injury lawyer because your injury is permanent
I still get cramps in my hand
