I like the fallen under a bus method... but i guess strain is good enough... most people get money but very little, theres always a catch, if you want to sue, go to america.. lol

New government legislation (UK Only) means that the amount of compensation you get is FIXED at a set rate. I snapped my ankle clean in half, and still suffer from it now (3 years later) and i only got 2.5k That is the highest you can get for a broken bone. Most companies wont pay out claims unless there isa risk of it going to court. Good luck, i hope you manage to get something more than i did!

Firstly that is so rare at work. What do you do? office work and use the mouse to often and have bad wrists or what???

Yes but it must be recurring because of different injury even if same spot.
