natural ones, on how to alleviate that-I mean there are pears and there are apples and my body type is that of an apple, just like my mom's-so guess it's genetic, but as I get older my belly has a bloated look-it's very uncomfortable and unhealthy-what can I do? I eat conscientiously-fish, fruits/veg, no junk foods. Any advice as to how to specifically bring down the belly fat-and yes, my body is flooded with cortisol and I had abdminal surgery and my incision exascerbates it, so that adds to the mix
