A home exercise program will usually be customized for the specific back problem. These exercises can often be done on the living room rug while watching TV. Other stretching exercises can be done throughout the day to increase flexibility. The way to prevent future back or neck pain is with customized exercises that make the back stronger, more flexible and injury-resistant.

Just as a person with a heart problem needs to watch cholesterol, diet and exercise, a person with a back problem needs to keep their back flexible and strong. When posed with a lifting task, this same person needs to use proper body mechanics, or get assistance if the object is too heavy and poses excessive risk of re-injury.

Studies maintain that exercise is more effective at treating simple back pain than bed rest and drugs. That is ironic, because when a person's back hurts, just the thought of exercise sounds painful. In truth, drugs only mask pain symptoms. Exercise, on the other hand, is like oil for the joints in the spine. In addition to improving blood flow to discs, joints and muscles, exercise makes muscles more flexible, stronger and resistant to future strain.

When you feel the onset of back or neck pain, there are a few rules of thumb to follow to help relieve the pain at home.

Depends on what's causing the back pain and whereabouts it is. It's a good idea to get it checked out by a doctor just to make sure there's nothing nasty lurking in there.
Then either go to an osteopath or a chiropracter - in my experience osteopaths are not as good with lower back pain.
I would reccommend a McTimoney chiropracter. They do the same job as the others, but they're less vigorous and they don't hurt.
If you put McTimoney chiropractic into your search engine you'll arrive at a site where you can find one near you.
Acupuncture or anything which you rub in only works on the muscles. For any structural problem you definitely need manipulation.
Good luck,
Jon C

I have not tried yoga yet but pilates are great for lower back pains anyway. But it is best to see a physiotherapist or chiropractor as they will be able to give you proper advice. There are several types of back pain and although sports like yoga, pilates and swimming can do miracles, it is best to assess what is causing the pain so that you can take appropriate measures. Good Luck.

If you can be pregnant or if you have infertility problems I reccomend to follow this method http://pregnancy.toptips.org

Many factors can cause a couple trouble in conceiving a baby, I'll list a few of the most common ones in women:
Anorexia or other dietary dysfunctions
Lacking amounts of FSH and LH are produced, so ovaries aren't as functional as they could be, and so not many eggs are produced
Stress, causing periods to become irregular
Medications such as cancer treatments, antidepressants, hormone therapy, pain killers, and antipsychotic drugs can all cause temporary infertility.

With the method that I posted above you will be able to get pregnant!

Yes, two things actually that help me tremendously. Cayanne pepper and cammomile tea. First of all the Cayanne is a natural remedy for pain. I take 1/8 of a teaspoon a few times a day and chase it with pure bottled water. Then I have several cups of Cammomile Tea which relaxes me throughout the day. Also, moist heat. I swear my moist heading pad is great for that and don't stop exercising. Walking is very good and swimming too. Hot showers also help.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

First off, consider buying a new matress if yours is all lumpy with springs sticking into your ribs at night! if this isnt the case then maybe you have strained your muscles from over exercise or bad posture? (do you slouch alot etc?) I would book in to see a holistic therapist/ osteopath at a complementary health centre who could offer you more advice and a treatment suitable for your needs. Sounds like you could do with a good Swedish/ Aromatherapy massage or Accupuncture to help relieve those aching muscles.

I've read in Daily mail that acupressure is very good. I'd get a book on it & see! I have one called "acupressure" how to cure common ailments the natural way by Michael Reed Gach which is good but b4 u buy a book make sure u search inside first.

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/fd75a
