Please use the carbonated or light weighed frame, sometimes the particular shape of the frame you are using might press the nasal bones for which you may be sensitive, and sometimes the number you are prescribed might also result in problem. You may need another checkup with your frame as well the prescription.
I suggest Ruta G 30c , every day for a month and physostigma 6c every day for a month ......to relieve you from eye troubles.
The above Rx work wonderfull for eye problems.

No. There's no exercises for things like myopia (which is what most common eye disorder is). Glasses don't heal them. Normal eye disorders are not about your eyes being weak - that's when you get old and can't read without bifocals or reading glasses. If you have that, it's probably too late to do any exercises, and I don't even know if they exist in the first place... it's a normal part of aging. Most eye problems happen from a wrong curvature of the eye, which means that the picture you are looking at focuses on the wrong spot in your eye. Instead of focusing on the retina, it focuses in front of it or behind it. Does that sound like something that can be fixed by exercises? No... it's just a part of who you are and the shape of your eye. You can have LASEK eye surgery which fixes the curviature of the eye. That's about it, if you want normal eyes. Don't feel bad... I have -10 sphere in each eye..

If you are a teenage you still have hopes that your eyes' muscles can adapt themselves somehow. So your doctor can give you glasses with lower numbers and they may cause a little bit of headaches. But, if you are 25 or more, I think the chances for you to counter eye laziness are very low and you can wear full number glasses and subsequently you'll have less eye-related headaches.

There are exercises you can do to keep the muscles around the eyes, as well as the focusing ability, tuned up.
Research the Bates method.
I used to have a transcription job where I stared at a computer 7 hours a day. I started using the method, and my damaged eyesight got better.
