I was given this book from my doctors office dont know ifs from the american cancer socity or not...but its a workbook that brings you thru daiily chores on evaluating your smoking working with the chemical addiction and the habit of smoking...example day one...smoke as many as you need to but record in the book time and what you were thinking and feeling...and so on like keep a can of old buts with a bit of water in it and as the days go buy it has you smell it when you want a cigertte...and days go by it has you only smoking a few a day and it slowing lessens your cravings and makes you look at the habit also and has you not smoke at certain times..and so on it worked for me and i can not quit any other way tried them all...but keeps you in track for 10 days and the last day of smoking you only crave one craving a day and its easier that way to end on the 11 th day

I'm 14 years old and weigh about 104 pounds. I have had a deficiency for a few years, but I didn't take my supplements regularly at first and then I stopped taking them. I am really not feeling well. What's the maximum amount of B6 that is safe for me to take?

Has anyone ever heard of this? Is it real/successful? I read the book Sanctuary and it talks about this. I got this from their website...
The AIM Program
You can unleash your natural healing abilities with the AIM Program of Energetic Balancing. AIM stands for All Inclusive Method. It is our belief that the AIM Program provides the most effective method of energetic balancing.

How AIM Works
Everything is energy, therefore everything has a frequency. Imbalances have a frequency that can be brought into balance and neutralized by applying a balancing energy. The AIM Program is a spiritual process performed by exposing a participant's photo to subtle-energy balancing frequencies. It is our belief that the photograph is part of your spiritual hologram and when your photograph is exposed to these balancing frequencies, you receive these energies which you can use to help manifest your intention to heal yourself and raise your consciousness.

On the Family Feud DVD game, it asked for habits you would go to a hypnotherapist to overcome. "Eating Garlic" was one of the top ones and none of us had ever even heard of that before. Is it actually a common thing?

I've heard so many differant kinds of ways to quit. I just want to hear what's worked for other people. Is the patch good? What about gum? Has anyone successfully quit cold turkey? I just want some input.

well, im almost 16, and im aware diet pills arent good, but im not really looking to be talked out of it, rather than actual facts. but anyways, i'd been taking it a few days, [half a pill, then the last day, a whole pill.] and noticed no effect, except a pounding headache one day. i stopped taking them yesterday after i got in a car accident and was prescribed tylenol with codeine. so basically, my questions are what damage can taking trimspa really do, why is it not working [not stopping cravings, giving me energy, nothing.], and would it be safe to be taken with codeine? [or what would it be dangerous to be taken with?
