A very good food for this is the rice - it has natural qualities for cleaning what possible/it depends on the age/ in the bones substance.
One can have a rice day/eating only boiled rice / in the week.
Some people take also a small cup of apple vinegar every day may with a spoon of honey /if the stomach is safe and has normal acidity/.
