Organic APPLES (and other raw fruits and veggies). An apple a day really does relieve a multitude of ills. Organic means you can eat the peeling with confidence. Compared to supplements, organic veggies are pretty cheap.

Yes, glucosamine helps, especially in older folks. It's not very cheap and it's not very easy. The pills are large and you have to take several. You have to take it for 3 months to get full results and then you have to take it from then on to maintain those results.

But most people under 50 years are capable of producing glucosamine from the foods they eat, which contain natural MSM. It is especially abundant in sulfuric foods, like broccoli, kale & cabbage. Also beneficial is natural glucosamine, found in the cartilidge & bone of animals. Cook your meat with the bone in for most benefit. APPLE pectin has relieved a lot of arthritis symptoms in old and young alike.

If I were looking for a glucosamine supplement, I would choose Now Foods brand for good quality and economy. It is available at most natural foods stores.

Nope. You are looking for Collagen Type II, best price at vrp.com. You can also read about in their publication. This stuff is relatively new and takes effect quickly. Also helps out aging, sunblasted skin. This is the real deal. No waiting for months to get an effect.
