This is for blood pressure only. I was put on meds. to lower blood pressure, it didn't help, so I started to take GARLIQUE, (get it at Walmart or Target). It truly worked, my blood pressure is now doing good. Give that a try.

I've tried various diets, supplements, exercise... nothing seemed to touch my 140-150/90-95 range BP.

Last week I was 120/80. The only thing different I was doing over the last 2 weeks was what Al Sears calls "Supra-Aerobics." Doing a high-intensity workout (50 measly hindu squats wipes me out in less than a minute, my goal is to be able to do 500 in 15 min) defined as pushing me into the oxygen debt zone where I become out of breath and literally have to stop to catch my breath. They key is that eventually I will be able to recover more quickly (pulse and breathing), and so far my immediate side effect is that my BP actually went down!

You can order the audio .mp3 from Al Sears at alsearsmd.com. And you can order more info about Hindu Squats from Matt Furey at mattfurey.com (look for Combat Conditioning; it's not just for combat!)

I would suggest watching your intake of sodium, msg's, and many cold/allergey meds. Also, increase your water intake and excercise. My dad and I both have HBP and we have began to drink a glass of red wine each night before bed. We heard this from several different people and decided to try it out, and it seems to have been working so far. Not a drastic change, but enough of one to notice that it is a little bit lower. I eat alot of eggs and boneless skinless chicken, never fried. All of these things have began to help lower my HBP a little bit! Good luck and if you find anything that works amazingly, let me know! I'm always trying to find natural ways to help it! Good luck!

Weight loss, if you are overweight, lower salt intake, exercise, potassium daily. If your bp is > 140/90 then these natural steps will not be enough, you need medical assistance to get it down.

Believe it or not, try eating nuts a few times a week, especially almonds. This has worked for people I know who have high blood pressure.
