Yes, it's all in this little, inexpensive book I found:

Regular chiropractic care and massage therapy!!! I am a massage therapist, and I know for a fact that if you can find someone who actually knows what they're doing (instead of just knowing how to give a good relaxation massage) it can deffinitely relieve sciatic pain... I went to school for two and a half years to get my assosciates degree in massage, and I had a client who is actually no longer experiencing sciatic pains. Most of the time, the reason you have pain is because your piriformis muscle is impinging your sciatic nerve and irritating it. If you can get that muscle to relax and release, you will no longer have that pain. (But to prevent it from happening again, there are also some things you will need to do for homecare which your therapist should tell you about, as well as getting regular chiropractic care and massage)

I've had this problem off and on for the last 15 years or so. There are some exercises and stretching regimens that have been helpful temporarily. But, the pain, burning and tingling always seems to find a way around my "fixes". Many, however, are helped permanently by a change diet, weight loss, stretching, and special exercise, so I wouldn't rule it out.
The only thing that worked for me - and it was amazing - was cortisone. I took a series of three shots over a year period about five years ago and have had virtually no pain since. However, cortisone is a two-edged sword and you can't take too much of it. I was lucky in that the effect of the shots lasted so long.
Cortisone is not exactly a "natural" treatment, so I wouldn't go that route until you exhaust all other possibilities.
Good luck.

Neuropathy is really a uncomfortable illness but with the book of Dr. Randall Labrum, Neuropathy Solution, a book that you will find here https://tr.im/WLOie you are able to remove thermosetting pain that infection cause it.
If you follow all the therapy options shown in Neuropathy Solution guide correctly your mind may discharge endorphins, or “happy chemicals”, and these will help you counteract pain and reduce stress.
The Neuropathy Solution does not need a lot of theory, only helpful guidance as you are able to put to function immediately.

I have had constant pain from sciatica for two months now. The only thing that helps me get temporary relief is laying on a heating pad with a plump pillow under my leg. Aleve helps some, but the pain is still there. A doctor told me the back would have to heal itself over time and to be careful not to lift, pull any heavy objects. I don't think there is a natural cure. Relaxation and bio-feedback helps deal with the pain. I am considering other options the first of the year. If you find anything that works, please post it. I had cortizone but didn't help much. Also muscle relaxers help you sleep better. If you find a natural cure, please post it. Good Luck

Be careful about "natural" cure -- if its "natural" it doesn't mean that its safe or any better for you. Remember efedra + heart attacks. Arsenic occurs naturally also....
Focus on things that are BEST for sciatic nerve pain, not those that are natural. Some treatments include surgery, injections, physical therapy. Try some over the counter pain releivers initially.

You could try accupuncture or accupressure.
I have heard people have temporary relief is they make a fist amd hit the front of the thigh about half way between the knee and muscle flexor.
