What do you do with your car's engine oil after 5 or 10 thousand miles? You get an oil change and you have the feeling that your car is running smoother and better.
Modern medicine takes advantage of the way of thinking in our days. Only that our bodies are not machines and just by getting an oil change - a colonic cleansing - we will not make the problems go away.
The best solution for colon problems is FASTING. Fasting gives your body a REST. How would you feel if you had to work 24 hours a day 365 days a year for 70 or 80 years? That would be inconceivable, right? But that is exactly what is expected of all of our interior organs.

Here's the deal: Princess Diana did a lot of colonics.
They use pressurized, or gravity fed water that is purified, filtered, UVed to irrigate the lower, middle and if your really good, the upper colon.
They are helpful under certain conditions:
1. You have been eating lots of fiber, and cleansing out with laxative herbs, etc... and want to take it to the next level.
2. You've done a colon cleanse with betonite clay, and the clay is "stuck".
3. you are fasting and want to take cleansing to another level.
Colon hydrotherapy, rightly applied, can be a very cathartic and cleansing experience. It is very expensive, and I treat it like a visit to any specialist - correct under certain conditions.

colon cancer is the 1 killer in the US. It might sound stupid but it is a very mature thing to do. I will agree any laxative would work just as good as long as you did a full cleansing.

in my opinion a lax would do the same thing
i think the colonic thing is nothing more than an enema
i would prefer that at home
not a spa

Once again, since people are too lazy to search for this topic. Detoxing kits and colon cleansing kits/cleaners are gimmicks. Your liver and digestive system clean and detox the body when it is supplied with enough water. Therefore, Drink plenty of water and it will provide the liver and digestive system the ability to function properly.

Yeah, well anal bleaching was popular for a while too-I didn't go for that one and I'm not doing a colonic either.
