and i read on a reflexology chart that this area rules the lower digestive track....is there a link? Does pain in this area mean that I may have something worong internally? It's like a crampy, muscle pain in my foot....not a sharp pain....it really bothers me when I am walking or jogging....

I have discovered that including pork brains in my diet helps me enormously, overcoming problems with balance & depression. It's freely available in France as Pate Tete, but I haven't yet found a source in England. Any ideas?

I have had dark circles under my eyes since my childhood. It makes me look older and always tired no matter how much sleep I get. I know quite well how to cover them... So I do not need advice on concealers.... I would like to know if this problem can be linked to kidneys, liver... If so what should I do and if I attend to it will it make go away. Can a naturopath help with this?

I read a book and I think my stalled weight loss despite Lap Band surgery, low calorie, lots of exercise and small portions could be due to fatty liver. Want to cleanse it. Have read Fat Flush diet and Ultra Metabolism. Don't want to get sick though. Can I do a cleanse if I have no gallbladder?

I used to be able to buy it (still could in Europe) but now it comes in teabags mixed with other products, such as mint (crazy! linden calms you and mint excites you!)
I have been to all the major health food chains in Quebec and they say it can no longer be found. Can anyone give me a tip on how to get some, even by mail order?

We have used Concerta which has worked well, but we want off of the chemicals. On meds my son is an honor student, off of them, his grades plunge to D's and even incompletes because he forgets assignments or just can't focus on the work.

I have a fused vertebrae in my neck C5&C6, Its give me pain, tension, bad headaches sleepless nights since I was about 14 as I have got older and grown its got worse. Due to them being fused my nerves between them are being squashed and thats what causes the pain,also the vertebra above and below are getting stiff and painful as they are compensating for the fused ones. I have been to the physiotherapist, chiropractor & the Doctors but none help. After leaving the chiropractors I feel a little relief but only for about a hour. I get no sleep as the pain is so bad, only way I can get a good sleep is if I take Diazepam through the day which relaxes my muscles and knocks me out, but I cant do this for ever as the doctor told me id get addicted to them and I can see why. I have tried heat pads, cold pads, hot baths, cold baths, neck massage machines, inferred heat. Ive been told I could have surgery but its a 50 50% chance it would make it worse. anyone have this problem? if so what help u

Okay, usually they are a result of a hangover but I've started getting them when I haven't touched a drop! Pills don't seem to work anymore so I want to try an alternative...... any ideas? Thanks in anticipation

gave me ulcers really bad in my mouth.. i can smoker upto 60 cigs a day when i'm stressed i'm overweight too and that's not helping i'm on a low income so not only do i want to quit for my health but also for financial reasons.. can anyone recommend tried tested and proved methods of stopping please ?
