I heard foot massage cures illnesses. I'd like to do it to myself anytime i want to. On internet there are many websites that teach you how to massage other people's feet...But what is the best way for me to do it to myself?

I have had problems with golfers and tennis elbow on both arms and this year had cortisone injections which provided immediate relief. This was back in June. In the last three weeks, the pain has crept back and is now as bad as ever and is affecting my quality of life. The physio wont do the cortisone therapy again as it has now been done twice. I now need other options. I am only 48 and would love to take up racquet sports again but this seems like a dream. Any help would be welcomed.

Did you try anything to increase your child's height? Is it possible if we do something from the childhood ?
I and my wife are a bit short (i am 5.5 and she is just 5 ft) and we are worried that our only child will have short height. Are there any recommeded ways like eating or doing something to increase height?

I often use Tea Tree Oil for skin irritation such as shaving bumps, acne and infected hair follicles! It even helped with a lice problem we had from school!

I was just wondering if anybody out there can clue me in on some other uses for this wonderful and natural oil!

Hello, I have had direah since October 26, 2005. I take anti-dirarrhea pills in the morning and it helps for the rest of the day, but every morning it is the same thing until noon to 2:00PM. Does anyone know of any foods to eat to help prevent diarrhea or foods that I should stay away from? Thank-you. Sincerely SAM
