One mothers story of how her daughter's t.f. disappeared overnight
Grind about 12-15 large cloves of garlic in the blender. Try to pulverize them as much as possible. Mix the garlic with vaseline (not medicated kind), making a yucky paste. Oh boy, does it smell! Anyway, when going to bed at night, spread more plain vaseline on the soles of the feet. Not going up the sides or the heal. Then put this garlic spread that was previously mixed, on the vaseline that you spread on the soles or the feet. Then completely wrap the feet with saran wrap and put on socks. Don't put any garlic mixure on the sides or heals of the feet. I'm told that the mixture is too "hot" for other areas. ALSO, DO NOT WALK ON THIS MIXTURE. I guess if you need to get up for bathroom trips during the night, you should crawl on the floor. This person told me that if you walk on this mixture it will burn the feet. Well, my daughter stayed in bed for about 9 hours and I slept in her room to make sure she didn't get up and forget she had this mixture on her feet and decide to walk to the bathroom. She didn't, and slept all night. When taking the saran wrap off in the morning, unbelievably the garlic mixture was green from toxins that had been pulled from her body during the night. I wiped the mixture off and this is when I discovered that her toe nail fungus was gone for the first time in her life! Her bronchitis was a couple days getting well, but a lot of mucus was pulled out during that night. The fungus has not come back after several months now. Of course she needed to shower well and the entire house smelled of garlic for days! But, a small price to pay for the healing she enjoyed.

I have heard that it's a sign of a system wide yeast infection. I'd try the easier and "instant" cures, but if you don't get any luck, you could eliminate sugar and starches and try to clear the yeast out of your system. Doing so has improved my toenails (which had a very mild fungus problem... everyone in my family seems to get it, but now not me), athletes foot, and my overall mood and energy level.

Go to your doctor. They might put you on Lamasil, but that has the potential to cause liver damage and must be used over a long period of time.
After that didn't work for me, my doctor told me to try tee tree oil. you can get it at any pharmacy. Drop a couple of drops into a couple gallons of warm/hot water. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes every night.
I had this problem for years. I used tea tree oil in the manner that I described for about four months before it cleared up for good.
It has a fairly strong odor, so your best bet is to do this at night, before bed.

I have read in the Dr. Gott part of the paper several times that if you put Mentholatum on your toe nails it treats toenail fungus. Because of the strong smell you probably want to do this at night and put on socks.

Go to a beauty supply store and buy any toenail fungal product they have and paint on toenails like polish. All nails would help it not to spread to other nails.

put vinegar in a spray bottle and spray under your nails twice a day for 3 or 4 months for results and continue to use daily afterwards.

See a doctor. Meanwhile, keep it clean and dry at all times and allow air to get to it. Wear open toed sandals and clean socks if you can.
