Other things to consider: 1) Your neck may need adjustment/realignment by a chiropractor or osteopath. Misalignments in the cervical spine are COMMON causes of headaches, especially the "permanent" kind.. 2) Are you using too many pillows? This can cause headaches as well. Try either a neck roll or a therapeutic pillow and see if this helps. 3) Drinking coffee and then skipping a day can cause massive headaches, as can deciding to quit cold turkey. This can occur with other forms of caffeine (tea, chocolate, colas, guarana, mate, etc.) 4) Headache can be a symptom of many different types of allergies, especially to foods, and to environmental allergens as well. Are you working w/ chemicals or is a cleaner being used in your workspace that might be causing this symptom?

I am with feverfew folks...follow their recommendation. However, you need to understand that with an herbal remedy you must take the remedy consistently and allow six weeks before you reject the remedy. Herbs are wonderful but they dont work like the magic pill in the bottle that will relieve the symptons overnight. Be consistent with feverfew and you will be rewarded.

Feverfew. Something else that helped me was taking extra magnesium.
