Nope. There have been exhaustive tests done on the claims of many of these products, and none have yielded conclusive results. The truth is that penis size is entirely a genetic issue; it's as big as it's supposed to get. As a sidenote, there's a very entertaining eposide in Season One of Penn and Teller's Bullsh*t that deals with this very subject (it's on DVD if you want to rent it).
It's not all glib news, however. Consider that the average penis size in the American (Caucasian) male is around four to six inches. Anything from seven inches on is considered to be very rare. Porn stars wouldn't be porn stars if they were simply average! Also consider that many women can't achieve orgasm from simple intercourse alone; they respond more to clitoral stimulation. If your partner CAN achieve internal orgasm, her G spot is likely only a few inches inside her, at the roof of the vagina. So the idea that size matters is really kind of an outdated alpha-male thing: It's what you do with what you've got that makes the difference.

some herbs will help you feel better and may very well make you more active or friskier during sex. They might even help you be harder or stay up longer. However, none of them will cause you to have a larger penis; mother nature determined that long ago and she isn't going to make anything to defeat her plan for you in the size department.
As for sex enhancement herbs or prescriptions or other substances, a lot of bogus claims are made and there can be some bad side effects as well. So instead of looking for medicine to take, why not learn lots of techniques for sex and practice them to make you a better sex partner.
