I get very frequent canker sores...and when I get them it is absolutely dreadful to brush my teeth, it hurts like crazy because I accidentally bump them or brush them. I use the Rembrandt Canker Sore tooth paste. I still want to make sure my teeth/mouth are clean and healthy even when I have canker sores. Does anyone know of a mouth wash that will not cause nor aggravate canker sore?
Also, has anyone tried the Apthasol medication for these sores, if so did it work as they say?

I need to know something...woman to woman... Periods. We all have them, and we all get the cramps... but for some reason, i seem to get this horrible period cramps! The don't just hurt, they make me double over in pain... this I am used to, but this time the cramps hurt even more than!!! I have been on my period for 2 days now, and have been in nothing more than excrutiating pain! Normally taking an ibuprofen 800 has helped, or even midol, but nothing is working... I can't sleep casue they keep me up... My boyfriend was trying to rub my stomach to help, but it just made it worse... I have been feeling like I'm gonna vomit, I was real bad nervous and shaking bad earlier today... has this happened to anyone else? If so, what did you do? What should I do?

What does having a bloated stomach feel like? I just had 2 slices of asda wholemeal bread for dinner and i feel my stomach is bigger. Am i just obsessing over nothing? or could my stomach be bloated? any other syndromes?

I always have this problem after the winter. This time I have put on about 8 pounds and now I need to get rid of them in 3-4 weeks. This year I really don't have time for gym, I run every morning every other week (due to my work schedule) and I don't know if that has any positive effect due to 6-7 days of pause. I can exercise only when I'm at home. What should I do to lose this so unwanted fat. I'm 5.5 ft tall and about 127 pounds. Tnx :)

Ok, so I think its about that time for me to quit. I can't believe it but I'm going on my 9th year as a smoker. I have tried quitting so many times but it never works. I am not a heavy smoker, 1 pack could last me the whole week and when I smoke I hardly ever smoke it completely. My biggest fear is gaining weight. My mother was 105 pounds ALL her life, she quit smoking and within the month she was 130 and has stayed there ever since. I know gaining weight shouldnt be an issue when cancer is in the equation but it's still a fear. Is there a way to quit smoking without the weight gain? I have even tried printing up pictures of burnt lungs and plastering them all over my apartment but that doesnt work. Why is it so hard to quit something you know is so bad for you?? Any ideas? Suggestions? And please no rude comments about the fear of gaining weight, thanx.

The day after my grandmas funeral my mother goes and gets her ear cartilidge and nose pierced! Now - she is over 45, has 6 kids, and I am just wondering if it is weird for me to think shes crazy? I am embarassed about her nose ring. To each his own, but does anyone know why she would do something as crazy as a nose ring? I need some help in figuring this one out-its driving me crazy!

ps i know to some a nose ring is nothing-but my mom is sweet and wholesome-this kind of behavior is wild!

I'm borrowing a cane to use for walking while I recuperate from a badly sprained ankle. I'm gripping the curved handle of the cane so that the tip of the handle exits at the back of my hand. Is that correct, or should it be the other way around? Does it matter?
